Before you make a booking, please ensure that you have checked the availability for your chosen dates. This can be checked by viewing our Availability Calendar by clicking on the menu tab above entitled 'Availability'. Once you have checked that your dates are available, please click the 'booking' Tab to return to this page, to continue. Our Availability Calendar is kept up-to-date in real time, so you can see exactly what available dates are free at this current moment.

All our rates for 7 and 14 nights for at least the next 6 months are shown on our 'Tariff/Rates' page by clicking the tab above. The rates are based on 1-2 persons sharing or 3-4 persons sharing, and are shown in both Euros and £GBP Sterling. We accept both currencies in payment. The rates are based on the current Bank of England exchange rates and this means that there could be some small fluctuations of rates from week to week. However, the rate you see, will be the rate that we charge on the day that you book without any surcharges guaranteed. All rates include any promotional discounts except Loyalty Voucher codes which you may enter on to the Booking Request Form.

Once you have checked your availability and your rate (or if you do not see the rate you require for the period you want to stay we will send you a quote), then you should now proceed to complete the 'Booking Request Form' by clicking on the 'OK' button below. Please ensure that you have read our full Terms and Conditions of Booking before you book. These are available to view on line or to download by clicking on the 'i' (information) button below. To return to this page, simply click on the 'Booking' tab on the top menu area.

Note that we do not request any payment from you, until we have verified your booking request and confirmed the availability and rate with you. This normally takes about 24-48 hours. We will contact you by return email notification and explain how to pay your initial deposit. An initial deposit is required if more than 6 weeks before your departure date otherwise the full rate will be charged. The Initial deposit is not refundable and is either £110 per stay or 150 euros per stay. The outstanding balance is due 6 weeks before departure. We will invoice you by Paypal Services. All transactions are fully guaranteed and secured by Paypal Europe Services of Luxembourg. S.ar.l. A security deposit is charged to all bookings of £80 or 100 euros. This is fully refundable and is refunded to you 3-5 days after your stay.
