It is required by Spanish Law, that all visitors MUST provide their flight details in advance, before entering Spain or the Spanish territories. In this respect, you are obliged to give your flight numbers and arrival and departure times and dates, to complete the booking process.

On submission of your 'Booking Request Form' you are asked to complete the 'Flight Documentation Form'. This information MUST be printed on your Booking documentation.

If you have NOT yet made confirmed flight bookings, then complete the form as described and we will ask for these details prior to your departure date, no less than 3 weeks before the due departure to Gran Canaria.

This information is obligatory and is required by Legislation. We will NOT be able to make your final booking UNLESS you provide your flight details in advance and in good time.

Please note that we will not refund any initial deposit payment if you decide not to book flights and cancel your booking.

Thank you for submitting your 'Booking Request' - We will contact you within the next 24-48 hours with confirmation of availability, rate and your reservation status.

We must now ask you to give details of your flight bookings, which is requested by the Spanish authorities and will be printed on your documentation. This is required by Spanish Law.

If you have NOT yet confirmed your flight bookings or you wish to give these details at a later time, then simply complete ONLY the lower two boxes and click 'Submit'. We will then ask you for these details at a later period, no less than 3 weeks (21 days) before your departure date. Thank you.
