How far is the property from the airport and how do I get there?

The Property is approximately 35 minutes drive from the Airport. You have a choice of transfer methods depending upon your budget and ofcourse the amount of time you require.

Of course the most convenient is to hire your own car from a local car hire facility at the Airport - we recommend - Record-Go - Which can be found within our links page. See local information.

There is also a transfer coach hourly to Maspalomas and also a local bus service, which is the cheapest, however the most inconvenient. This would take you approximately 60-70 minutes from Airport to Property, although it is very cheap. See local Information/further information.

How far are you from the beach front and what facilities are close to the property?

The property is located in an area which has excellent facilities, including supermarkets, bank ATM, Car Hire, Shops, Restaurants and Cafes. The area is served by buses and very frequent taxis just outside the complex. Private parking is also available for a small local charge per day. The beach and dunes area is a short stroll of around 20 minutes along the main Avenidas, although we recommend a cheap return taxi for your convenience, around 6 or 7 euros return.

What is included in my holiday rate?

Our holiday home is fully equipped with kitchen utensils, ironing board, iron, washing machine and toaster, oven etc. The rate includes all service charges, local taxes, Agent fees, Cleaning on arrival and Departure and all linen and towel hire. Our air conditioning system is free of charge. If you are using the Washing Machine, you will have to buy your own Washing Detergent. All sun loungers on the pool side area are free for residents and guests and so are the tennis courts.

What is the earliest and latest times that I can arrive and depart?

Our normal arrival time is not before 3pm* on your arrival day and you must vacate the property by 11am on the day of departure. If this is inconvenient due to your flight schedule, please speak to the owner, who if possible and if availability is open, may extend the time of departure or make your arrival time earlier. There will be a small additional charge in most cases for this service. (*Weekdays, the earliest arrival time without prior arrangement is 17.00 -5pm)

Our agent in resort can not change the times of arrival or departure, so please make sure that this is booked wth the owner and confirmed before you leave for Gran Canaria.

Is the area child friendly and is there good disability access?

The area is totally child and family friendly with a childrens pool directly outside the property area. The area is secure and safe and there is no direct access onto busy roads, except by passing through the entry gates. Disability access is limited, however, please consider that the area is hilly and there are some steps to climb, in and out of the property complex. The house itself is on two levels with stairs. There is no good wheelchair access simply due to the locality and the structure of the property itself. Sorry.
