1. This competition is open to all residents of the UK and Eire only. Applicants must be 18 years and over to play.
2. Only one Competition application per email registration. This email which will be required to complete the Competition MUST BE the email address of the
  person who's booking details will be used, if you decide to use the voucher later. If there is a conflict of email address, the voucher will be void.
3. The competition is open until midnight of Saturday 31st July 2010 only, after which all entries will be void. The voucher itself can be used between April 1st
  2010 and the last day of stay MUST NOT be after December 31st 2010. If this is the case, we will charge the remaining days at normal rate.
4. The voucher is NOT transferable, nor will we exchange the voucher for cash equivalent. The voucher can not be refunded if not used.
5. The Voucher is issued as a value of £30 off for all UK residents or as a 33 Euros off Voucher for residents of the Republic of Ireland (R.O.I)
6. The voucher may be used against all rental stays between 7 nights minimum and 28 nights maximum at 'Casa Solomie' - when booked through this site only.
7. The voucher can not be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount or used in conjuction with any EBAY purchase or discount offer.
8. The voucher is issued by email to the address given only. No postal receipts. Each voucher is coded for use with the specific name and email address only.
9. We do not book flights or transfers/taxis from the airport. This voucher can only be used towards the cost of rental of the holiday accommodation specified.
10. The judges decision is final and no communication will be entered into in respect of this competition.
11. We will notify all winners within 7-10 working days with an email including the voucher attached for immediate use. If you do not win a voucher we will inform
  you of this. All answers can be found on our website at www.casasolomie.com or via our links on the web pages.
12. The voucher value will be removed from your final outstanding balance. A deposit of £110 or 150 Euros is requires as normal on booking.
13. If you are booking last minute or within 6 weeks of departure, the voucher will be removed from your full payment.
14. If you decide to cancel your booking at any tme, our normal Terms and Conditions of booking apply, however your voucher will be void and of no value.
15. The maximum number of guests accommodating the property is 4 persons and minimum of 1 person at all times
16. All bookings are subject to normal booking conditions and availability. Flights and transfers are not included.
